Exhibition fee
EUR 6.000,- excl. 21% VAT
Including presentation screen, player, tabletop, 2x chair and electricity (standard booth format, no banners and other standing promotional material are permitted).
An exhibition package includes:
- 2 full access conference passes*
- 1 discount voucher (50% discount full access conference ticket*)
- logo, short profile and a hyperlink to your website on the congress website
- logo, short profile, URL and personal- and social media contacts listed in the conference app
- promoted message through our LinkedIn channel
NOTE: As an exhibitor you can´t bring your own banners and other standing promotional material. Brochures and promotional material are allowed to show on the standing table.
* One participant registration per admission tickets. Full conference fee value per ticket € 1.595,- excl. 21% VAT.
